No Pong is still operating as per usual. We understand these are unprecedented times, however, we do not anticipate any shortages or slowdowns in our stock, and expect production and shipping to continue as per normal for the foreseeable future. ☺️

IS IT STILL SAFE TO RECEIVE AN ORDER FROM NO PONG?

We can assure you that all manufacturing continues to be conducted in a sterile environment. Additional measures in manufacturing and logistics have been enacted, including physical distancing between staff members, minimal handling of products at all points, increased sanitation, hygiene and infection control practices.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

While we continue to ship all orders in a timely manner, Canada Post has announced delays due to higher volumes and an increase in processing times as a result. You can find out the important details here and here.

Normally, Canada Post estimates that Lettermail delivery within Canada takes anywhere from 2 – 9 business days, and most of the time they do hit those timelines but they are estimates, not guarantees. For more information, please check out our shipping policy here.
