When you see the label “Made in Canada,” it means that at least 51% of the total direct costs to produce or manufacture the product were incurred right here in Canada. This includes everything from labour to materials, ensuring that Canadian workers and businesses are part of the process.

What About “Product of Canada”?
You might also come across the term “Product of Canada,” which has a stricter definition. For a product to carry this label, 98% of the total direct costs to produce or manufacture it must be incurred in Canada. This includes all production processes, raw materials, and labour.
While No Pong is proudly Canadian made, there are some ingredients we simply can’t source locally.
For example, we use coconut oil in our natural deodorants to give them their silky-smooth texture. Unfortunately, Canada’s climate isn’t ideal for growing coconuts, so we source this key ingredient from Malaysia.
