Full Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility
The giveaway is open to residents of Canada, excluding residents of Quebec, who are over the age of 18. Employees of No Pong, its affiliates, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. How to Enter
To enter, participants must:

  • Like the giveaway post on Instagram.
  • Follow the official No Pong Instagram account (@nopong.deodorant.ca).
  • Tag one friend in the comments of the giveaway post.

3. Giveaway Period
The giveaway begins on Tuesday 22nd July and ends on Thursday 31st July 11:59pm EST. Entries made after the end date will not be considered.

4. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected through a random draw from all eligible entries. The winner will be contacted by Instagram DM from the official No Pong account (@nopong.deodorant.ca) on Friday 1st August.

5. Skill-Testing Question
The winner must correctly answer a skill-testing question before receiving the prize. The skill-testing question will be provided via direct message.

6. Prize
The prize consists of one year’s worth of No Pong deodorant, which includes 12 x 35g tins. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

7. Winner Notification
The winner will be notified via Instagram DM on Friday 1st August. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, another winner will be selected. No Pong is not responsible for any incorrect or missing contact information.

8. Fake Accounts
This giveaway is not endorsed by Instagram. The winner will only be contacted by the official No Pong Instagram account (@nopong.deodorant.ca). Be cautious of fake accounts impersonating No Pong.

9. General Terms
By entering, participants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of No Pong, which are final and binding in all respects. No Pong reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time without prior notice. This promotion is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and local laws.

10. Privacy
By entering the giveaway, participants agree to the collection and use of their personal data for the purpose of administering the giveaway. Personal data will not be used for any other purposes without consent.
